ISECO worked with Ritchies and their refrigeration contractor Baker Refrigeration to design this transcritical Carbon dioxide supermarket system.
Adiabatic assistance was provided on the gas coolers and heat reclaim for both potable water and store dehumidification were used. To eliminate the perennial problem with glass doors on refrigerated cases fogging up, careful use of low level return air and room humidity control was integrated with the refrigeration and air conditioning design.
