Entering a construction phase peer review for two new Ritchie’s supermarket transcritical refrigeration systems with integrated HVAC systems using Direct Expansion (DX) space heating and cooling.

Comparing current ammonia liquid recirculation system of 10+ year old equipment against new state of the art ammonia dx system shows a predicted 27% improvement in annual specific energy consumption (SEC).

Work continues on the Richmond Town Hall Electrification/Heat Pump for the City of Yarra using waste water heat recovery.
